The terms and conditions of sale of Vattenfall Oy electricity agreements comprise the terms and conditions of the individual agreement and the general terms and conditions of electricity sale agreements (TESa 2014).

• Terms and conditions of Full solar electricity agreements
• Terms and conditions of Full nuclear electricity agreements
• Terms and conditions of Full wind electricity agreements
• Terms and conditions of Hourly based electricity agreements
• Terms and conditions of EKO Hourly based electricity agreements

Right of cancellation

A consumer who has concluded an electricity sale agreement by telephone or post, or via a data network, is entitled to cancel the agreement within 14 days without specifying any reason for doing so.
