Terms and conditions of Kesto electricity agreement

The Kesto electricity agreement is an electricity sales agreement made for an indefinite period between the customer and Vattenfall Oy (Vattenfall), which takes effect on the agreed date of commencing electricity supplies or on the earliest date when commencing electricity supplies is technically feasible.

The agreement governs the sale price of electricity. The local grid company will also collect power transmission charges and electricity tax. The division of the night and day time is done according to the definition followed by the local network company.

The sale price of the agreement is valid for an indefinite period. The agreement is governed in other respects by the general terms and conditions of electricity sale agreements.

Commitment to the agreement

The agreement is specific to the customer and point of use. The customer must notify Vattenfall of any change of point of use no later than two weeks in advance. The agreement expires when the point of use changes but customer can make new electric agreement for an indefinite period at the current prices.

The consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal in distance contracts

If the contract has been concluded by telephone, by post or via an electronic network, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the electricity contract within 14 days of its conclusion without indicating a reason.
